Thank you Martha and Dr. Bresky. I love learning about the human body, health and the prevention of diseases. The human body is amazing! It's creative and artistic in nature and scientific as well. Who else but God the creator could have invented such a being. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge with us. It is always inspirational to me when i learn or am reminded of how to care for this body that God gave me. Karin
I read this information. I want to get more information about this. I appreciate your information. Thank you so much...

My mother passed with alzheimers.They said it is inhertited and i forget things so easily, i can be having a conversation and i cant remember names or the names of thing i am talking about. My friends say its just because i have so many things i worry about which is true and i do worry about alzheimers. I am a 55 yr old female, i also have a genetic panic disorder from my mothers side of the family with a touch of agoraphobis. I dont believe in medicines to slow alzheirmers, i guess i figure let nature take its course but i also very sadly watch my mother loose her speech and forget who her children were. Do you believe alzheimers in inherited? And have you ever heard of someone with alzheimers lose control of their speech. By that i mean talking but it jibberish and you can't understand what they are saying. That is what my mom did. The nursing home we put her in said they thought she had somekind of demencia besides alzheimers but the nuerologist said alzheimers. Thank you.
Regarding your suggestion about sleeping from 11p-7a. What about people who work the graveyard shift?
~~~~~~~ In the fight to prevent
dementia, which is one symptom of
Alzheimer's, there are many things to
avoid,or rather to do, in the attempt
to offset or slow the onset of the
disease.
Stop smoking. Studies indicate that
among people that have the genetic
predisposition to AD, smoking very
significantly relates to the onset
of the disease. If this isn't listed
on "the 9 points for prevention," make
it #10.
