by the way i think Millionairelovelinks.com is a nice place we should check out after all the terrible stuff in the news

Thanks so much for posting this information! We appreciate the time you must have taken to present this information so clearly.

I'm looking forward to rest of the videos (today is a repeat of the first one I believe). I went on Dr. Bresky's site an ordered his 9 point program - very reasonably priced. My husband - who is 55 yrs old - experienced serious memory issues about two years ago. We began eating healhier (decreased our meat consumption drastically), but besides that I found a physician and nurse practioner who tested his hormones, neuro transmitters, and metal levels. Serotonin was very low, Vitamin D low, testosterone very low, and mercury was very high - off the charts. We leveled out all of these, had fillings removed, did IV chelation to remove the metals from his body, and he's doing MUCH better. For a while I couldn't even carry on a conversation with him. Alzheimers is in his family - mom, dad, grandpa, grandma - yikes! It's frightening. I am open to all ideas and anxious to get Dr. Bresky's program of healthy living. I used Dr. Bresky's Bradley Method of childbirth (he created it) for two out of three of my children. I have great respect for this man. Thanks.

Thank you for your advice on the condition of alzheimers disease, and interviewing Dr. Bresky. I have been a massage therapist for almost 15 years and have had the opportunity to witness some of my clients in the beginnings of this disease, and how it progresses over time with age. What I have witnessed in my practice is that those clients of mine who eat nutritionally, stay active with movement and some type of daily exercise, and basically live wholistically are by far the healthiest the older they become.

My oldest client will be 100 next month and has had massage twice monthly for over 60 years. She and the other elderly clients who have all of their mental faculties have lived lives of movement and nutrition, with the idea of "use it or lose it". They keep their minds strong with reading, board games, keeping current with events, puzzles, and incorporating wellness.

They are living examples to me of wholistic living and living life to the fullest. Thanks to you and Dr. Bresky for the information on this debilitating disease.

This is finally something that is totally worthwhile for all. I have been caregiving for several people over the past eight years. The effect of them not usi9ng their brain is overwholming to not only them but to the families as well.. I am 62 and plan to work for as long as God is willing and as long as I can care for another. I also plan to keep my brain active and hope to get some great ideas here. God Bless both of you!!!

I Saw your comment, 9 years ago, was in a severe car accident, my right side of the brain injured in a comma a month, went from wheel chair to walker on wheels, now I'm doing very well,I take a kinko biloba, a multi- vitamen & b complex & a c in winter when we can afford all these vitamens, & just a multi, when money tight, any words of wisdom for me, now 48, I hope altsimers won't visit me anytime in the future, I have my profile & expressions for song at www.tangle.com Sincerely, Michele Siemasko

I'm 62 years old and still waiting for the next visio or information on this subject.

Thank You

I am waiting for the next video

Good day to all I am 48 ys. old and due to stress fells like dementia well that's what my kids think could they be right.

"Thank You" Martha for providing this information and valuable insight for our Senior
Years in having your viewers be given the "opportunity" to re-structure their daily
schedule of "living better" and not just living and existing BUT, doing it with
enjoyment and fellow-ship through "networking contacts" with others that are forming
a "re-structured" healthy living life-style to enjoy their Senior Years.
The "price paid" to arrive at a retirement option through the years given/taken for
our working years should/must be "invested" for our SECOND Life-Cycle that gives US
back a "fruitful" and "rewarding" return for our previous years of investing ourselves
within our working environment and having something "beyond" just a financial reward.
Martha, your having Dr. Arnold Bresky provide his guidance and insight will/should
instill within US (your viewers) the FIRST-STEP toward having a rewarding and fruitful
retirement (even if your NOT retired). Retirement is just a word, our ATTITUDE should
complement our life-style at any age toward having a rewarding life-style (my personal
experience through e x p e r i e n c e).
Matthew Cercone (Matt)

Dear Martha, I'm really looking forward to your interviews with Dr. Bresky. I'm always looking for new approaches to keep my mind active and healthy. These will not only help people like me, I'm in my fifties, but also younger people who have someone to care for, or younger people who will find this very useful for the future. Thank you for your videos. My husband and I enjoy watching them. May God bless you and your family.

Dear Martha. I go to a Nursing Home every evening to feed a Dear Friend and keep her company from 4:30 untill around 8:00 when they get her ready for bed. She has what they called Dementia, plus she has had strokes. She is a retired teacher and has Inner Peace. She is precious. But I see the effects of Alzheimer's every day. It is heart breaking. GOD BLESS you for these Videos. I am looking forward to seeing each one. I always look for your new Videos. Keep up the good work. Have a Blessed week. Janie.

As my Mother aged, she did ALL the right things. She ate healthy meals, she played golf constantly, she watched TV, she took walks and long drives in the country after dinner, she interacted with her 2 sisters...and STILL developed Alzheimer's. It was unbelievable to me, until both her other sisters got Alzheimer's, too. So, clearly, there "might" be a genetic component to this dreaded disease. I kept my Mom with our family for 4 years, until she got so bad we had to put her in a nursing home. Of course, she deteriorated in there, and died 2 years later. Though I am NOT related to my Mom (I'm adopted), the specter of Alzheimer's still hovers over me. I look forward to the rest of these videos on how to keep our minds active. Thank you, Martha, for this timely project.
