I feel unconditional Love is God's love to us, and our love to others. I grew up as an only child, so my single moms raised me with lots of love, and i was spoiled. My grandmother also spoiled me. I use to think it was a bad thing, but now i realize it wasen't. That's what mothers, and grandma's are suppose to do.I realize now that it was unconditional love. As a mother now, i realize that i love my kids unconditionally. No matter what they do, or say, or how they behave. They were put here for me to Love them, guide them, teach them, and pray with them, correct them and never give up on them. And to show them God's love, that he showed me. Loving unconditional is also loving your spouse, through the bad times as well as the good times. Whether you have alot or a little bit. Whether they have a good job or just a low paying job, it's a job. When times get tough, and you have to remember that God's love is what we need to share with one another, and love will help us over come whatever is happening to us or around us. If God loves us, we must love one another, and it should have NO LIMITS!
Hello Ms Martha I can't believe this email came on the day I gave up the battle of letting my 15 year old minor go stay with my sister temporarily. I couldn't get the peace to let her help me with him, due to the fact I was raised to know that my children are my responsibility and not anyone else.I thought I raised my children to love each other and be there for each other, but Tuesday October 6 th I had to seperate from my 15 year old son. It was the hardest thing I had to do I believe. On Saturday Oct. 3 rd my son (15) and my 25 year old had a physical dispute, while I were at work. I was trying to help my daughter (25) finish Online College,by allowing her to use my computer. This arrangement caused my son(15) get smart with her because she take up a lot of time on our household computer and he can't set up on it all day, as he would like too. I just want my children to love each other as God command us to. I stress this love they should have one to the other al the time. I just wish the love he wanted would be in our home and also in his aunt. I know I should be happy that love was there for him in his aunt and not in street gangs etc. but it's hard. thank you for being there for us and sending just what we need. Be Blessed ! ! ! because are the best ! ! !
~~~~~~~ Talk is cheap. Our words lack
meaning, if our actions do not back them
up. We can say we love God and others, but
if we're not taking the practical steps to
demonstrate that love, our words are empty
and meaningless. Our actions have to back
up what we say -- unconditionally.
Every good woman should have a good loyal and responsable husband,someone that she can yell at,lie to and blame when her lover makes her pregnant.
Dear Martha,
On my wedding day my mother sat beside me on my bed and said
" Many people believe that a person must die before they become an angel. This is bunk as far as I believe. Everybody on this planet is born an angel. God's gift to us is life. What we do with our lives is up to each of us.
Some times, if we keep looking around we will find an exceptional person that seems to fit into our life,heart and soul. We cannot even think of living without them. This person is another one of God's lovely gifts. God has given you a soulmate. What you need to know is that a soulmate is an angel's wing. When two soulmates say thier wedding vows they become one and pair of angel wings. Life becomes the adventure of learning how to fly together and this is much harder than it sounds,but if you finally learn how to fly together what a beautiful journey your lives will be."
This unconditional love.
OUR LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, IS THE EMBODIMENT, IN OUR FACE, WALKED AMONG US, RELATIVE TO US, OF WHAT UNCONDITIONAL LOVE IS! IF YOU BELIEVE THAT HE IS THE MAN-GOD...SON OF GOD...SITS AT THE RIGHT HAND OF OUR CREATOR, GOD...OUR FATHER , GOD...THEN, TO ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM IS TO EXPERIENCE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE...
SO, I ASK MYSELF THIS QUESTION: 'AM I CAPABLE OF RECEIVING AND/OR GIVING UNCONDITIONAL LOVE WITHOUT THE EXCISTANCE OF GOD IN MY LIFE, WHICH IS ONLY FOUND THROUGH JESUS CHRIST.
(SINCE WE FAILED AT THE 'GARDEN OF EDEN' )'
TO BE HONEST WITH MYSELF AND YOU...NO...
HOW ABOUT YOU?
THANX AND GOD BLESS YOU! @)
"...expectation to get some of it back...God's LOVE so amazing... [He sacrificed all]...He gave me the Choice TO LOVE HIM BACK."
If we must choose, then their is a "condition" to receive fully the love he has for us, a Love everlasting, all knowing, never ending, making himself a "means" to our need of Him. God's conditions are found throughout the scriptures, unconditional love is a misnomer, if there is not the condition to receive God's gift of love Jesus died for nothing, his sacrificial gift of his life, death and resurrection are not necessary for eternal life.
I am ever so grateful God Loved ME SO much that He gave his only begotten Son that I might receive Him and find the love of God is faithful, complete, renewing me daily, close as a friend, strong as a Father, protecting me, leading me and guiding to be more like Him everyday of my life, until he calls me home to be with Him forever.
Your friend always, GayLee
Good morning beautiful Lady!!!!
I adore you Martha & I thank you for your inspiration and your service to us, your readers and followers. I haven't been good to myself lately, as I haven't taken this peaceful time in the morning to listen to your thoughts. But today, I am here & I am grateful that I picked today to be present.
Unconditional love is something that I knew existed, as a young child, but never experienced; so how did I know of it? I always dreamed of having my own family so that I could give the love that I never received; that unconditional spirit of acceptance without approval. Today, I know how I knew of that love; God was always present in my life, although I didn't know how to acknowledge Him. I only know that now because the last 10 years I have been a sober member of society; living in the sunlight of the spirit, and the principles of His world. Along this journey of life, as an addict/alcoholic and then having a psychic change as a result of being broken down, only to be rebuilt/reborn I have come to know my Maker and come to know of His unconditional love, trust, and hope for me.
I thank God everyday for this day, his trust, love and hope for me, which has allowed me to become the messenger of His unconditional love to others. Acceptance without approval is a result of living in this humble life of service to God. I will forever be grateful. Amen.
LOVE IS GOD. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.ITS A GIFT FROM GOD TO GIVE TO OTHERS LIKE THE BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER.
AMEN
