Emotional Emergency Exit Plan

What's your plan?

Just as we plan our emergency exits for possible life-threatening events, Martha Williamson thinks we should also plan for the emotional emergencies we face in our life. Dear Friends,

Thank you for your kind comments on the Father's Day video that is running this week-end. As I watched it again, I began to think of those of you who may have mixed feelings about Father's Day. Perhaps you are grieving for a father you have lost. Or grieving for a father you never had or never knew. In some cases, you may even have a father who just doesn't merit celebrating.

Strangers On A Plane
The Intersection Of Life And Death

As time passed, other family members of theirs began to arrive, and it was clear that this surgery had not been planned. This was an emergency, and we soon learned that the father and patriarch of a large family had been hit by a car as he walked across the street that morning.
