I am about to leave for Lithuania tonight and a few days ago I started feeling sick. My lungs ached and I felt I was coming down with something. Traveling is not one of my favorite things to, although I am working on that belief!
Kate Michels, a wonderful life coach I work with asked me what lungs are if you put them on your back? I thought about it and realized I could see my lungs as wings, angel wings! What a gift that change in perspective is! Now I can fly.
I have found working with the angels really helps change my perspective. Life is and then we tell ourselves a story. The more expansive the story the more magical our experience is! You already have an incredible staff of non physical entities all you have to do is ask for help and then being open to receive it.
I may not post as often for the next few weeks but I know my experiences in this wonderful country are always magical so I will have lots of love and insights to share when I do.
My dad has Alzheimer's and he wants to come live with me. He lived with me for a few months two years ago, he hated it because I wouldn't let him drive so one day 'he ran away from home.' Now he wants to come back and his disease has progressed a lot.
There are all sorts of legal and financial issues involved. I am about to leave for Lithuania for a month and was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Before I went to sleep the other night I prayed, asking all the celestial beings in my book for clarity, direction and help in resolving this situation. To the best of my ability I keep releasing the outcome and simply focus on doing the next indicated step.
I am not sure how it will look but I have no doubt there will be magic and miracles involved. When I was new to all this spiritual stuff some gave me a framed copy of this poem:
LET GO AND LET GOD
As children bring their broken toys with tears for you to mend, I brought my broken dreams to God, because He was my friend. But then, instead of leaving Him in peace to work alone, I hung around and tried to help, with ways that were my own. At last, I snatched them back and cried, "How can you be so slow?" "My child," He said, "what could I do? You never did let go."
So I am practicing letting go and I will see what happens. I am sure the results will be a lot better than if I tried to micro-manage the whole thing!
So if you have a difficulty in your life, let go and allow in all the love and help the universe has to offer.
I just got a neat award from Cindi at Moomette's Mama Mentor Blog. Wow, I must be special or the angels really like awards! I wonder what the limit is? So here are the people I pass the award...
Angels sure do come in many shapes and sizes. I recently got a puppy. She is so full of unconditional love. Her antics bring a smile to my face and joy to my heart. When she runs her ears flap...
Aloha everyone, I was really surprised when I was asked to approve a comment made by Mistress Raven Fyre over at Modern Witchcraft School that I'd won this great award. So I guess I REALLY deserve this award since...

About Pele
Pele is the Hawaiian goddess of the volcano as well as the goddess of transformation, passion, vitality and creation. Pele is a powerful force on the Hawaiian islands. Shortly after I moved to Hawaii, a friend suggested I have my property blessed. I asked Pele if I could live and work on her land. She graciously agreed, so I always take time to thank her and ask for her blessing in my endeavors.
