Aloha everyone,
This morning I woke up and felt relaxed, totally relaxed for the first time in a long time. I hadn’t realized how stressful caring for my dad had been. Of course, waking up with the sound of the surf outside my hotel room helps.
While I was in Sedona people kept asking me for a list of suggested reading. There are so many wonderful books out there. If you have a favorite book by all means post it in the comments section.
