Ministering Angels off to Haiti

posted by Susan Gregg

I posted about ministering angels a while ago and thanks to a suggestion from one of my readers I am posting about them again. I ask that you send your thoughts and prayers to the people of Haiti and imagine millions of ministering angels helping all those in need.

Ministering Angels

Ministering angels are created each morning to bring gratitude, comfort and joy into the universe and are reabsorbed into the divine ethers every evening.  These angels minister to any being in need of divine assistance. In some traditions they are considered the highest order of angel, while in other systems they are considered to be at the bottom of the angel hierarchy.

It isn’t clear how many Ministering angels there are, but when you need the services of one, rest assured there are more than enough Ministering angels to go around. Although nameless, they are a very powerful force of healing and come readily when they are invited. When you awaken in the morning ask for their guidance, love and direction. If you are feeling ill ask them to heal your physical body.

Invocation:

A wonderful way to start your day is to develop the habit of calling upon your Ministering angels.  Create an altar by placing a beautiful piece of cloth in a place where the morning sun will fall upon it. Find a glass that will sparkle in the sunlight. Each morning fill the glass with water and take a moment or two to ask the Ministering angels to guide you and protect you for the day. Before you go to bed take a moment to give thanks for another wonderful day and empty the glass. As you pour out the water visualize yourself sleeping soundly and awakening renewed and refreshed.

If you are feeling ill, hold a glass of water in your hand and ask for their healing. Imagine their love and healing energy pouring into the water and then drink it.

With love and aloha,
Susan

Thoughts on the Boston Bombing
Ever wondered why people chose to hurt one another? I have pondered that question over the years. As a child I was profoundly distressed by violence and what I perceived as cruelty. I often get e mails from people asking me the same thing.  I have come to the conclusion that we can only hurt

What is an angel?
I get that question a lot. The best answer I have is they are pure, expansive unconditional love. They embrace us always. They surround us with their love and I've been told that unless we ask they won't interfere in our lives. I guess that is true except my life has been saved more than once by som

Angels are your friends
I get so many e mails asking me how to work with angels. The other day I got a phone call from a woman who had bought my book and wanted to recover some stolen money. As we talked she became more and more disappointed. She seemed to expect the gods to smite this person for what they had done and imm

How wonderful that we are becoming more inclusive of angels. I have seen and asked for their assistance for years and know they are real and not just our Archangels only. There are countless ones and I thank the divine for them as I also thank him. I use a glass crystal butterfly windchime and water. I watch for the twinkling light and sometimes I simply have seen them or feel their warmth and a smile that simply comes across my face from out of no where. I ask the angels now to be with all in, supporting and about Haiti and also for those who are no longer with us. Angels are one of the many workers of for me God and certainly his gifts.
