I always loved that song.
“Stop in the name of love, before you break my heart.”
Lately I have been really aware of how much our world could change if more of us chose love on a regular basis instead of judgment and fear.
Angels are pure love, they are messengers of love, filled with joy, happiness and expansive wisdom. All we need to do is open our hearts and our minds. What makes that hard at times is our ego’s need to be in control and our desire to be right rather than happy. Our old limiting beliefs are comfortable and familiar. Fear is an old friend and surrendering to our spirit or our God self is often unfamiliar territory.
Even Quantum physics talks about that need to surrender. What would your life be like if you let go of your mind’s idea of how to lead your life and began to listen to the guidance of the angels, your soul and your spirit? When I surrender and listen to that quiet still voice, magic and miracles happen in my life and I make choices that consistently create joy.
A lot of time people tell me they can’t hear the guidance of the angles or connect with their spirit. The easiest way to do that is to focus your attention our your breathing. Really focus your attention on feeling your breath and remembering that each breath is a gift of life bestowed upon you by your spirit. The moment you stop breathing your body dies and the moment your spirit leaves the body you stop breathing. So breathe in love and breathe our fear.
