Almost all spiritual traditions have angels in one form or another. They might not be called that but there are always some sort of beings beyond this physical reality. I recently read a quote about the world only seeming predatory when we are out of alignment with our spirit.

I remember having a heated exchange with someone who demanded I admit that the universe was predatory. At some point in the conversation he said after all you kill broccoli in order to eat it. From his perspective, that of only physical reality being real I guess the broccoli does die but from my perspective the broccoli merely changes form. Nothing ever dies because energy can never be destroyed, it can change form but it continues to exist.

I love guided meditations, I love writing them, reading them and listening to them. For a moment join me in imagining the world surrounded by angels, all holding hands gently holding the world in their loving embrace. Take a deep breath and really focus on that image.

See the angles smiling, beaming with love and their faces lit up by joy. See their love penetrating the atmosphere, filling the earth and all its inhabitants with love. See it filling your heart, allow yourself to feel the love as it infuses each and every cell of your being. Take a deep breath and really allow yourself to feel that.

Now, carry that image with you throughout the day and see what happens!

With love and aloha,
Susan
