Angels on Your Shoulder

Wordless Wednesday: pets rule

I often think animals are angels in furry bodies. Images allow us to feel rather than think. Here are a few shots of some furry little bundles of love.

A poem: The light
I am not by nature a poet, my mom was though. Recently I have been writing poems so I thought I would share one with you. The light The light Bright, guiding, full of love The light from which we come Love Pressing, pushing, filling Ever present Filled with the power of creation A

Thoughts on the Boston Bombing
Ever wondered why people chose to hurt one another? I have pondered that question over the years. As a child I was profoundly distressed by violence and what I perceived as cruelty. I often get e mails from people asking me the same thing.  I have come to the conclusion that we can only hurt

My husband was so sick he could not walk across the room without getting out of breath.
My grand-daughter brought us a beautiful boxer age 2 months old.
My husband didn’t want her so I took care of her for a few months and then she started getting in
his lap. After awhile the love for him started and he responded. She is 5 years old now and my husband is so much better he still takes breathing treatments but love of Dolly and his love for her has made a different person out of him and he is well or better because of her. She is our angle.
