I love the Star Wars character Yoda. Someone gave me a small Yoda that now sits on my altar. Here is one of my favorite Yoda quotes on fear:
Named must your fear be before banish it you can. Yoda
If we ignore our fear it only gets bigger. Once we name it we can decide if we want to keep it or choose to see life differently. When i look at my fears I am often surprised, they are frequently very different than I first imagine and not as scary.
What are you really afraid of?
Once named it is so much easier to change our fears into a view of life that is loving and expansive.
Here is another Yoda quote that helps me remember to ask myself how else I can see an event or my limiting belief.
Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. Yoda
When I am willing to embrace my fear love is not very far away. When you are afraid, asking for the willingness to see through the eyes of love can change everything. Just allow the angels to whisper their love into your ears and listen, really listen. This really is a safe universe when we are connected to our spirit.
Name that fear and then let it go! Life is a dream and you are the dreamer so make it a dream of love!
