Fear causes us to judge and distance ourselves from people, places and events. It creates a barrier around our heart and our mind. Fear prevents us from experiencing love and seeing alternative choices. Fear stops us from experiencing our limitless nature.
You are an angel in a human body. Expanding our ability to release our limiting beliefs, allowing ourselves to surrender our fear based perspective and embracing what is just the way it is are incredibly freeing choices. Do you have the courage to do that? Are you willing to let go of your version of ‘reality,’ life as as you’ve come to believe it exists?
When we embrace it all we can begin to create more of what we do want and less of what we don’t want. If I say to you, not matter what you do don’t think about a ripe, red tomato you have to think about it in order not to think about it. Chances are you weren’t thinking about tomatoes at all until I said not to.
When fear is running the show, we we are judging life as right and wrong we create more fear. When we decide to embrace what is and see life through the eyes of love we create more love.
Next time you want to argue for your limitations by demanding life be a certain way think about what you are really choosing. Think about the outcome of that choice. Allow yourself to really understand the power of the choice between love and fear. It is profound.
