Love is love

I was lucky enough to meet the Dali Lama years ago. When he walked into the room tears began to gently slide down my checks, not tears of sadness but tears that came from some where deep within my being. Tears of love, of compassion, of joy, of being in the presence of the real thing.

When we speak love from our heart there is always truth. When we practice loving, active compassion we can always find words that expand, help and heal. We can look at another and sincerely offer a compliment. We can see their gift, that little spark of God and comment about it. That is the essence of a true compliment.

Random acts of kindness

We are closing in on the final weeks of 40 days to love. I sincerely hope our little journey together has added to your love quotient. The more love we are all aware of the more magical this world is for all of us.

This is an extremely life changing and powerful exercise. Only attempt it if you are ready to kick your life into high gear and really unleash amazing magic and miracles in your life.  Drum role please. Find something kind and loving to say to everyone you meet today and say it with sincerity. Then repeat each day for a month.

If you aren’t ready for that much magic start small. Find something kind and loving to say to yourself at least twice a day.

Add love to life and watch the world change! You could start by leaving a loving comment for me in the comment section. Or post about how your 40 days to love is going and how it  feels to give up misery and suffering for Lent.

With love and aloha,
Susan
