Before I get to my comment, let me point out that the Captcha Oracle sez: “null effect.”
Interestingly, nation-state governments now appear to balk at challenging or jostling some large corporations. And only nation-state governments control the means and operate on a scale to overcome large corporations.
Like plenty of other folks, I puzzle over the US government leaving BP Corp. in charge of this oil disaster.
