There's lots of astrology going on in November. Here's the report for the first week of the month:The big news as we enter the first of November is of course the election in the United States. This election has great...
Hi Lynn, love your blog. On Monday - Venus will be oppose my moon at 19degrees Gemini. Saturn and Uranus are both square it. I guess this is a grand cross - not sure what it means. I will be paralyzed and unable to act? I got laid off two weeks ago, so in the job market.
Anyway - all this energy is affecting my moon personally, and I am just not sure what the universe wants from me exactly, but I am trying to stay opened minded and aware, and not allow anything to blow up or get silly.
all the best,
Kathryn

On Monday - Venus will be oppose my moon at 19degrees Gemini. Saturn and Uranus are both square it. Venus transits are usually pretty pleasant Kathryn, but the Saturn/Uranus opposition squaring your Moon could be exciting. You've been under the Uranus influence for the past year or so, creating restlessness and a desire for change. The square of Saturn could cause you to feel somewhat frustrated that this change isn't occurring fast enough. Don't worry about Venus creating a Grand Cross. Venus is your friend. :)

My goodness! Thanks for a great report. This really does put a new perspective on the outcome of the election, and the aftermath. Will you be disecting what happened on Wednesday so we understand how the planets played in the outcome? Can't wait. Thanks so much for your wonderful work.

Lynn,
In your post on John McCain's Pisces ascendant, I asked if all with Pisces ascendants might have some challenges now.
May I specifically ask about Pisces ascendants (conjunct Mars in Pisces), opposing Saturn in Virgo? I actually have been even more calm and productive since the approach of the opposition and when it was exact.
I, too, was not able to link to the "HERE" articles.
Thank you very much for this wonderful site.

Lynn,
I was mistaken about the opposition I was inquiring about -- Pisces Rising (conjunct Mars) opposite Jupiter in Virgo (with a Saturn transit), not Saturn in Virgo. Is Pisces Rising (at 15) really in a difficult time? I know you mentioned other aspects for John McCain.
Thank you again, if you have a moment to respond to this personal question.

"Is Pisces Rising (at 15) really in a difficult time? "
It really depends on the chart, Mira. It sounds like transiting Saturn is conjuncting your Jupiter as well as opposing your ascendant, and this can have the effect of repressing some of our confidence and sense of well-being. But it's difficult to say without seeing the whole chart. Some people are at their most effective under Saturn transits; some cave into depression. It all depends on the rest of the chart, and how well we use it.
