That was a cool article making connections between ancient Biblical customs and astrology, but there’s only one problem with it all- Trying to combine the LUNAR calendar with the SOLAR calendar (Tropical Astrology) The ancient Biblical customs were all based on the Lunar Calendar of 28 day months. Lunar ‘months’ are not solar months! How this corresponds to the solar calendar is that every year the dates of these customs is drastically different, up to a month back or forward in some years! So the idea of Rosh Hashana being in Libra is only valid for 2009! But it was a creative attempt to explain ancient customs in the light of Astrology. It’s cute, but unfortunately not too accurate.
