Sunday inspiration: Trusting the future
Astrologers have a reputation, which we ourselves and our forbears have propagated, of being able to foretell the future. If you run a Google search for "Can astrology predict the future," the very first article is from a well-known astrology site titled "Predicting the future with astrology."

Neptune in Pisces and the question of reality
Neptune just slipped back into Pisces where it will remain until 2025. Neptune's role in the astrological pantheon is to cause us to question where the physical world ends and a more transcendent reality begins. It therefore rules our spiritual experience, but it can also be confusing and induce

Sunday inspiration: The Great Nest of Being
"Whenever we moderns pause for a moment, and enter the silence, and listen very carefully, the glimmer of our deepest nature begins to shine forth, and we are introduced to the mysteries of the deep, the call of the within, the infinite radiance of a splendor that time and space forgot - we are intr

Great quote from that article:
“It is important for Baby Boomers to clearly understand that the generations that follow them – Generation X and Generation Y – are seething with anger at the mess that is being left behind and of the immense resources that have been squandered by a generation that should have clearly known better.”
I see a long shadow from the continual and ludicrous worship of the boomer generation of it’s own youth during the 60′s. This idealistic period was followed soon thereafter by abdication of all reasonable responsibility during decades of unprecedented greed and irresponsibility during the 80′s and 90′s.

To moderate my comments a bit I think it’s only now becoming possible to take the long backward view of the boomer generation. Who knows how the current generations will succeed or fail? We may do better or even worse.

So I am 42 and am NOT angry at the baby boomers. I resent being used in a generational war of any kind. I tried to post this on another blog but couldn’t get it posted. Basically I call bullshit on using the arguement that a whole generation is angry at another. Let’s be honest and say some people of this generation are angry… The rest of us who are paying attention are more pissed off at the people behind the curtain pulling the strings. To blame all of the woes we are facing on the average boomer is not accurate or fair. The average baby boomer did nothing to create this mess. Give me a break, this mess has been created on purpose. Solving any problem will take all generations pulling together. This phoney “war” is the exact thing desired to distract from the goal of harmony and peace. I refuse to play.

Mom, Thank you for saying what needs to be said. There is an enormous, entrenched power at work behind the curtain in the US and abroad, and conflict between various groups distracts from facing that enemy.

Mom and Kieron are exactly right, and the important thing is to keep the eye on the goal.

as i am interested in various odd theories i believe the entrenched power people represent higher outside interests so they are in effect puppets. pluto square saturn for me shows the breakup of old ideas and power blocks. also the credit crunch where the banks got nailed will continue. on the kryon website he says the next 25 years will show the replacement of old style politicians with new people who actually care for the people.
i believe 2010 to be a significant year. since 1900 we have been under the influence of the energies shown by the tarot card labelled judgment. the symbol is of angels blowing on horns and the dead arising.
we will be moving into the 21st card which is the world a very beneficial energy. as they say it is always darkest before the dawn

One of the most prominent features of the ’60s was the Generation Gap. If the following generations would like to do better, or avoid the mistakes of the previous, you can start by trying to get past the hate. The truth is not so simple now, nor was it then. Be bigger than we were.
