8 Ways to Overcome Envy
I know that the fastest way to despair is by comparing one's insides with another's outsides, and that Max Ehrmann, the author of the classic poem "Desiderata," was absolutely correct when he said that if you compare yourself with others you become either vain or bitter, or, as Helen Keller put it:

Therapy Notes: Forecast Some Backsliding
From my therapy notebook: The path to mental health is an uneven process: for every two steps forward, you move one and a half back. But if you know this before you start walking, you’ll be less tempted to throw up your arms at the first relapse and say “to hell with it!” My psychiatrist

ANGELS are God’s helpers who absolutely obey him and are not given the free will that man is gifted with from the very beginning. The Archange Rafael, for instance, was sent to help Tobit and Tobias without father and son knowing that Rafael was an Archangel. He appeard to Tobit and Tobias as an ordinary man, who volunteered to serve as guide, “I know the place you are going to,” he said, I will help you get there.” Never, did Tobit or Tobias learn about the Archangel’s real identity. He pretended to eat but actually didn’t because angels do not eat. He appeared as flesh and blood, with the looks of an ordinary man who was sent by God to help the very pious father and son who pleased God with their proven fidelity to him.
Because of this attribute of angels, they can only help man when they are sent by the Almighty Father to do so. Unless, it is the Father himself, who has assigned an angel or any number of them, to safeguard and guide man who is chosen by God from his concepcion and birth. Then the angels assigned to him will be with him throuhtout, until such time as God will take the favored man like he did to the prophet Elias, when God took the prophet up to heaven aboard his horse driven chariot.

So wonderful and inspiring to hear of these recent angel events. Angels do help us and lend such protection and joy to our lives. May angels be with you during all precious moments in your lives – they are wonderful and so very good for all of us to contemplate as sent from interested, nurturing and responsive Almighty God in a very rasl sense. Have a Super Day!
