Thanks to reader Sunshine who reminded me that today, October 15 is the feast day of St. Teresa of Avila, one of my very favorite saints!
In memory of her loving faith, I’m republishing her “Bookmark” prayer, which is as important to me as the Serenity Prayer and the Prayer of St. Francis. I hope you like it, too!
Let nothing disturb you.
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing.
God alone is changeless
He who has patience wants for nothing
He who has God has all things.
God alone suffices.

St. Teresa of Avila is my favorite saint a miracle has happened tonight that I believe is sent directly from St. Teresa. I want to say thank you for always being there for me and for giving me hope when I felt there wasn’t any. Thank you so much for letting me know you are there in a way I will never forget.
