Scrupulosity: What It Is and Why It's Dangerous
If you sprinkle a hefty dose of Catholic (or Jewish) guilt unto a fragile biochemistry headed toward a severe mood disorder, you usually arrive at some kind of a religious nut. Not that there’s anything wrong with that! For I am one. I have said many places that growing up Catholic, for me, was

This year my adult daughters and I have been reviewing the fact that we don’t want the “Gift War” as one daughter calls it.
I have been trying to remind everyone that this is a Birthday celebration and we will all have something to open in honor of the Birthday Person.
Adult children and grandchildren balanced with the celebration with each In-law (divorced) and the pain of not having my own parents has taken it’s toll. Sorry about the Soap Box on Santa’s HO’s
