8 Ways to Overcome Envy
I know that the fastest way to despair is by comparing one's insides with another's outsides, and that Max Ehrmann, the author of the classic poem "Desiderata," was absolutely correct when he said that if you compare yourself with others you become either vain or bitter, or, as Helen Keller put it:

Therapy Notes: Forecast Some Backsliding
From my therapy notebook: The path to mental health is an uneven process: for every two steps forward, you move one and a half back. But if you know this before you start walking, you’ll be less tempted to throw up your arms at the first relapse and say “to hell with it!” My psychiatrist

Some Quotes on Solitude and Self-Nurturing I Like
At the still point of the turning world. Neither flesh or fleshless; Neither from nor towards; at the still point, there the dance is, But neither arrest nor movement. And do not call it fixity, Where past and future are gathered. Neither movement from nor towards, Neither ascent nor decline. Ex

Having already met amd married a “pretfect” man (at least in his own estimation lol), I’ll settle for one who can recognize his own fobiles, thank you very much. Be even nicer if he could admit to them. Until then, i’ll stay “happily divorced” (hey, it might not be true, but how often id “happily married?)

I didn’t say I had no bad habits. It’s just that Dear Abby had an awful lot of “‘tude” in her answer.

Yeah well I’m still searching for Mr. Right or even Mr. Maybe. After all who the heck am I to be judgemental. My friend used to say her criteria was if you sit across from them and keep a meal down. Okay ,sorry ,that was rude. Or call them a “two bagger” one paper bag for you in case his fell off. This probably explains why I’m still single (Ya Think?) Maybe I should just hang out with nicer friends. But seriously that is, all I’m looking for is one good friend. Someone to grow old (and Up) with who wants to share the good times and the bad with me.
