And while we’re on the topic of tears, I was surprised by Our Lady of Weight Loss’s blog post about crying on the job and Beyond Blue (to get there, click here).
Janice is so dang perky in those videos of hers, that I falsely assumed she wouldn’t have a clue as to what depression feels like.
Alas, I need to eat my words. She does that well. Eats her words, so that she doesn’t overeat on other stuff.
I know that emotional eating is something so many of us struggle with. Janice’s blog is a wonderful resource in that regard.
