So laughter can keep you happy and sane. It can also keep you skinny! That’s according to Our Lady of Weight Loss.
Eric has been reading her newly released book, “All Is Forgiven, Move On: Our Lady of Weight Loss’s 101 Fat-Burning Steps,” and he’s giving me the abbreviated version: laugh a lot and forgive yourself.

are there any sites out there anyone recommends for a daily laugh? I’ve tried a few and they really don’t “do it” for me. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks. Valerie

Check out the nearest Laughter Yoga Club in your area. Laughing for no reason is the way to go…

I love to laugh. I would laugh 24 hours a day even in my sleep if it meant losing some weight. God Bless Everyone
