Categories: Depression, Mental Health

Beliefnet's health editor (and my editor), Holly Rossi, did an exceptional job of compiling a variety of different posts and galleries on a bipolar resource page. It's like the Target of bipolar information. No need to go around to all the small shops for everything on your list. We bring it all to you now in one place! Visit the bipolar resource page by clicking here. It begins:

Being diagnosed with bipolar disorder isn't the end of the road-it's the beginning of a new journey toward healing. On this resource page, you'll learn spiritual techniques you can use to supplement your care or to help a loved one cope.
