If the well has high contents of Lithium, that may be why the sufferers of early schizophrenia “could” have found a “cure,” or at least some relief from their “madness.” I was first diagnosed as “schizophrenic” in 1968, before the label of “bipolar disorder” was just a gleam in some psychiatrist’s eye. I was on Lithium for 20 years, until it caused neuropathy in both legs, at which time I was prescribed Depakote. I am doing very well, and am stabilized on my meds. One thing that made a deep impression on me in this video was – the Druids believed that a person could be cursed with “madness” for 17 generations! I know my bipolar came from both my maternal grandfather (parnoid schizophrenic), and my mother (bipolar). Just KNOWING there is a genetic component for my dis-ease makes it easier to bear. Enjoyed the video!
