I will be coming to Houston tomorrow for the Celebrating a Call to Lay Ministry Conference which begins Thursday evening and continues all day Friday. I will be speaking Friday on a nice non-controversial topic— ‘In Christ there is neither clergy nor laity’.   You are most welcome to come.     Here is the full conference schedule—

The John Wesley Fellows Meeting at Candler---- The Senior Fellows
The John Wesley Fellowship began in 1977, with Steve Harper and yours truly being two of the first John Wesley Fellows chosen.  I have told the story of Ed Robb and AFTE  this past Fall on the blog so I will not repeat it.   Here are some of the senior fellows attending the meeting.

Guns and Religion--- Enough is Quite Enough
