Edie’s Book: The Bliss Mistress Guide To Transforming The Ordinary Into The Extraordinary is a distillation of more than 50 years of life experiences through the heart, mind and eyes of the author. The chapters weave their way through joys and challenges, bringing with them 'portable life skills' that assist the reader in re-creating their lives magnificently. Laughter and tears are both welcome as the pages are turned and readers recognize themselves in the 'word pictures' that are painted. The book has a “Chicken Soup For The Soul†flavor to it. Inquiry questions follow each chapter to invite the reader to explore more deeply.

Phenomenal Woman
Pretty women wonder where my secret lies.
I'm not cute or built to suit a fashion model's size
But when I start to tell them,
They think I'm telling lies. I say,
It's in the reach of my arms
The span of my hips,
The stride of my step,
The curl of my lips.
