Edie’s Book: The Bliss Mistress Guide To Transforming The Ordinary Into The Extraordinary is a distillation of more than 50 years of life experiences through the heart, mind and eyes of the author. The chapters weave their way through joys and challenges, bringing with them 'portable life skills' that assist the reader in re-creating their lives magnificently. Laughter and tears are both welcome as the pages are turned and readers recognize themselves in the 'word pictures' that are painted. The book has a “Chicken Soup For The Soul” flavor to it. Inquiry questions follow each chapter to invite the reader to explore more deeply.

Strong Beautiful and Brilliant

The first time I met Melanie Eatherton, she was behind the counter of her family owned Bucks County bakery. Celtic music wafted side by side with luscious smells and yummy treats.  Melanie’s smile and warmth was part of the appeal. [...]

Flowers Are Red

Children are naturally creative.  We come into the world (in most cases), with senses fully alive. We take in the the Universe through them; smelling, tasting, touching, hearing and seeing what is around us. We are industrious and think outside [...]

Make Magic Happen

Make magic happen every moment.  You are truly an alchemist who can turn lead into gold. Find a magic word and make it your own. At the mention of this mantra, your world is transformed. Frowns turn upside down, broken [...]

Blissful Butterfly

Living Legacy-Zach Sobiech
There are some moments  when the petty, day to day annoyances melt away in the face of the fireball sun realization that life is fleeting, experiences are transient and people are on loan to us. Ecclectic Enthusiast

Broken Places
On Mothers Day, my son Adam took me to see Oz The Great and Powerful.  Having grown up watching the Wizard of Oz, I was eager to immerse myself in the prequel in which the Wizard takes on the mantel. Some critics have lambasted it, others have waxed poetic. This eternal child still
