Don't Pierce Your Belly Button
I caught the following conversation between two pretty women in the ladies' room of a Manhattan restaurant. One of the women was pregnant. And she said, "So my acupuncturist made me take the ring out of my belly button."

This year, I’m really appreciating Quantum’s Buzz Away Extreme, a natural insect repellent that provides protection from ticks for two hours and sends mosquitoes, gnats, and fleas (fleas?) packing for three-and-a-half to eight hours! The oils of geranium, cedarwood, citronella, lemongrass, and peppermint create a great fragrance. I went to the health food store and asked the clerk in the vitamin/herb department which of the natural repellents worked longest and best. They sold me this. It works. Nicely asking the bugs to pass me by wasn’t as successful a strategy, but at least I tried.

We have a horrible chigger infestation on our land in the country. Husband has the bites on his, er, places where the sun don’t shine. We searched for a treatment that wouldn’t hurt the dogs, butterflies, birds etc. and settled on pymethyrin (I know that isn’t right, but I tried). So far, so good, I think……….>

Thank you this the essentials oils listed, the problem has been to find the citonlla in a form to put on your skin because it is pretty potient. They use pennyroyal in my cat’s collar but there are warnings on. I think they should use tea tree and clove oil as well.Rosemary is good for irritation if you do get bite.>
