CM's Final Posts: You Can Fill the Space
Eighteen years ago, I wrote an article for a magazine that got me called in for a taped interview with a Fox TV morning news anchor. Being an effective communicator and a skillful public speaker was a dream of mine at the time. And still is.
After some 30 minutes of prep with the station's hair-and-

Websites to Visit, Blogs to Read
Here are some blogs and websites I like. It's not a complete list. But it's a start.
The first is called New Moon Journal and it is written by Michele Bailey-Lessirard, a life coach, collage artist, and "shamanic astrologer." On the opening page of her site, you'll find a little slide show of her am

Still Posted at My Desk
"Take off from here. And don't be so earnest,
let others wear the sackcloth and the ashes.
Let go, let fly, forget.
You've listened long enough. Now strike your note."

And Finally, This:
Place your burden
at the feet of the Lord of the Universe
who accomplishes everything.
Remain all the time steadfast in the heart,
in the Transcendental Absolute.
God knows the past, present and future.
He will determine the future for you
and accomplish the work.
What is to be done will be done

Her free monthly eNewsletter is also worth the read. She usually focuses on a single issue, providing practical, take-action advice, as with this month’s topic, weight loss and metabolism. Go to http://www.drnorthrup.com/free_eletter.php

Just read Dr Northrup’s article on weight loss. She has a 6 week program which seems to hover around reminding yourself daily that you love yourself, pamper yourself and encourage yourself to take small steps in this direction. On the other hand, Dr Mehmet Oz and Dr Michael Roizen seem to have another focus on weight loss. In fact, its not weight loss that is as important as visceral fat loss(tummy fat) and say that a woman should not have a waist circumference over 31.5″ and a man should be 35″ or under. Anything beyond these numbers is a health threat and likened it to cancer or heart attack risk. Dr Northrup’s parameters are much less stringent than those of Dr Oz, Dr Roizen or mine.

i looked in the mirror twice a day, for a month. each time, always while taking out or putting in contact lens. I would look at my reflection and say “you got a pair of eyes on you, man” after a month, my eyes were very vain!

I went to Dr. Northrup’s website and discovered (by comparing some of the photos there) that she has had a facelift! So much for her own self-acceptance. I was disappointed in her. Sierra

So claiming that looking into the mirror while mouthing Stuart Smalley-level bullplop will fix all your problems counts as “sensible advice”?

Online shopping has had a rather slow and tumultuous journey in India, it has not picked up as much as it should have primarily due to the fact that internet penetration itself is quite low and secondly (and importantly) the online shopping experience has been bad to say the least Although their are grass root problems, I still believe that Online Shopping in India is evolving fast and has the potential to grow exponentially in the times to come, as the internet penetration reaches far and wide across the rural area.
