Take This Bach Flower Questionnaire

posted by Chattering Mind | 2:50pm Wednesday February 21, 2007

Bach Flower Remedies are such subtle and nontoxic healing potions, you can experiment with them on your own and find the best mixture by taking this online questionnaire.

The 38 essences are said to work on an energetic and emotional level, helping to do things like calm fear, ease grief, and eliminate lethargy. None of this is approved by the FDA, of course, but I’ve found the essences to be extremely helpful in times of need. And this quickie questionnaire is a cool way to evaluate what may help give you that subtle shift that can get everything rolling in the right direction again.

If the questionnaire doesn’t feel complete enough to you, visit this site to find a practitioner near you.

CM's Final Posts: You Can Fill the Space
Eighteen years ago, I wrote an article for a magazine that got me called in for a taped interview with a Fox TV morning news anchor. Being an effective communicator and a skillful public speaker was a dream of mine at the time. And still is. After some 30 minutes of prep with the station's hair-and-

Websites to Visit, Blogs to Read
Here are some blogs and websites I like. It's not a complete list. But it's a start. The first is called New Moon Journal and it is written by Michele Bailey-Lessirard, a life coach, collage artist, and "shamanic astrologer." On the opening page of her site, you'll find a little slide show of her am

Don't Pierce Your Belly Button
I caught the following conversation between two pretty women in the ladies' room of a Manhattan restaurant. One of the women was pregnant. And she said, "So my acupuncturist made me take the ring out of my belly button." "Really?" her friend exclaimed. "Yeah, he said, 'Let's give this baby a chance.

I’ve practiced this method to healing on and off for several years. I believe that it is an excellent alternative to prescribed medications that may not work or have unwanted side effects in those that have low tolerance to prescribed drugs. It is a good thing….

I have a large breed dog that is quite terrified of fireworks, each year I have found that Bach’s Rescue Remedy works very well in helping to calm him down. I have personally always considered alternative choices as well as conventional remedies when caring for my own health and fitness. I believe that we all have a responsibility to get as much information as possible from all sources when maintaining our health. Not having FDA approval is not as scary as it sounds if you have done your homework! Consider some of the drugs that have been approved by the FDA that have proven to be far more adverse with side effects. I believe that both forms of remedies (natural/holistic and FDA created/approved) are effective, as well as potentially dangerous. We as consumers are ultimately responsible for the choice we make in each and every circumstance. The importance lies within the ‘informed’ choice. Thank you for adding this topic to your blog! Getting more information to more people is definitely in all of our best interest.
