Stick with Your Fish Oil

Good testament to the power of fish oil and omega-3s here. I've heard these supplements are especially crucial for kids with special needs.

I recently began taking Omega-3 (specifically the one containing high EPA for Mood Balancing), which is called the "brain boosting fatty acid" for more focused learning, enhanced energy levels and stress relief...and I have found that as I enter the perimenopausal time of my life where focus and concentration is a tremendous problem for me, and instead of resorting to estrogen therapy (which I do not want wish to tamper with), this happens to be the only thing that allows me to maintain an "even temperament", better concentration and memory...(oh how my memory is dwindling...) I thought at 43 I had early signs of Alzheimer's! I found out it was just menopause...we all laugh at the symptoms, but it is quite frustrating when even your own children's names can cause a momentary delay in memory....

The diminishing estrogen was also causing mood swings and depression.

If you suffer any of these symptoms....I highly recommend you get yourself this dietary supplement at your local health food store....

It works!

How much fish oil do you take a day? Does it really help with the mood swings and depression and oh, the memory? Janet

i have taken 1000mgs of fish oil caps. per day for quiet a while & it DOES help with mood swings, i started taking it for the antiinflamitory part of it but got a good bonus , i did get off my prescription meds. & mood has improved SO much . within a few weeks i could feel a hugh difference .i started taking 2000 mgs per day but was constipated , so cut back & am ok . i would tell anyone to take this .

Comment; Is there a safe substitute for estrogen suppliments.
The answer is simple dont let the medical mafia interfere with your ovaries but more importantly dont take birth control or any other drugs as these cause the problems with ones health.
