FACT: All Starbucks outlets in the Middle East are operated by MH Alshaya WLL, a Kuwaiti company.
FACT: Kuwait plays host to many small jihadist cells, including members of Al Qaeda from neighboring Saudi Arabia
FACT: Alshaya also operates in Saudi Arabia
FACT: Starbucks terminated its relationship with its Israeli
distributor in 2003, citing “ongoing operational challenges.” There are
no Starbucks outlets in Israel, but dozens in its hostile Muslim neighbors.
FACT: A Starbucks is currently in operation within view of the Kaba in Mecca. It opened a week before the Islamic hajj in 2007.
Starbucks has given the cold shoulder to Israel while deepening its
relationship with Muslim countries known to harbor terrorists. The
company has gone so far as to open a store in Islam’s holiest city,
tacitly endorsing the religion.
FACT: Its green-and-white logo shares design
elements with Saudi Arabia’s green-and-white flag. A crescent motif is also clearly evident, with the arms of the Starbucks girl the tips of the crescent, embracing the star (the star and crescent motif being a widespread symbol of Islam and featured on many muslim countries’ flags). The image of the girl’s hair could also be interpreted as a burka, covering her completely and hiding her form. (See image at right)

Muslim Informants prevent domestic terror: the data
As Americans, Muslim Americans have the same vested interest in preventing terrorism as any other fellow citizen. In fact, since 9-11 woke all of us (muslim and non-muslim alike) to the reality of terrorism against our homeland, American muslims have arguably borne a greater responsibility in preven

Liam Neeson is (not) converting to Islam
Yes, it's true that famed Irish (and Catholic) actor Liam Neeson said the following while filming a movie in Istanbul:
The Call to Prayer happens five times a day and for the first week it drives you crazy, and then it just gets into your spirit and it's the most beautiful, beautiful thing... The

#Tahrir Square on #Jan25Two in pictures
Today is the one-year anniversary of the uprising in Egypt's Tahrir Square, the heart of the Arab world and the pulse of the Arab Spring. Thousands and thousands of people are thronging the square. Below are some images from the past 24 hours in Tahrir. I was privileged to go to Cairo this fall and

Letter from a Birmingham Jail - Martin Luther King, Jr.
The Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. wrote this letter while incarcerated on a charge of parading without a permit. It was in response to prominent white religious leaders of the Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist and Roman Catholic churches, and Reform Judaism, who were against his protest marches, fe

Besides which:
1) Their decaf tastes like the stuff they wash their dishes in.
2) The tables in all their franchises are too small for two people to sit down at and drink coffee while trying to read the daily newspaper, and the tables wiggle, meaning the coffee gets spilled on angry laps.
3) They no longer carry the almond + orange cake squares that used to taste good enough to made me forget their crummy coffee.
Therefore, Islam is welcome to any monopoly over patronage at the Starbuck Empire.
(But I wouldn’t be surprised to find out one day that there is some american evangelical christian zionist group carefully screened from public view which controls the worldwide ownership. Ha Ha. Fooled you Moslems once again with our devilish yankee tricks.)

Those aren’t arms. Those are split tails, and she’s a mermaid.
The split-tailed mermaid being a transparently sexual symbol, for that matter, and as a depiction of even a fictional entity (to translate to the Arab mythology, some sort of djinn), it would thus offend the sort of Muslims who are the ones worth worrying about (ie, the nutters).
(I am, however, sure there’s some tongue in cheek on those last two tidbits of yours.)

Starbucks in the UK were firebombed. Just think what could have happened if there really was a connection between Starbucks and Israel. There had already been over 200 attacks on UK Jews.

A good propaganda piece full of lies.
1. Starbucks’ Jewish owner never said that his products is only for Dhimmies and not for Muslims.
2. Starbucks still operate four outlets in Israel.
3. Starbucks have its outlets in US military bases in Iraq and Afghanistan.
4. Starbucks still contributes 12% of its profit to Israel – to help them to kill more Palestinian Muslim and Christian children.
