The Supreme Leader of Iran, last week:
The race has ended
whoever has voted for these candidates will receive divine reward.
they all belong to the state
they have gotten closer to god by voting, they have
there were 40 million votes for the revolution,
not just 24 million for the winner
The people have trust
Their votes will not go in vain by the people.
If the Iranian regime cracks down then they will be exposed as the oppressor's, yet again murdering Husayn. Their official position as Islamic guardians will be lost as they will re-enact the very evil murder out of which was born (resurrected we might say) Shi'ism. If they do not crack down then everyday the resistance will grow.

Iran is quiet, down to minimum incidents. A period of contemplation is needed to sort out the crisis, giving Iranians time needed to correct its mistakes and what can be done to address pressing domestic issues. What the Islamic world is witnessing is a Western media tirade against Islam and Iran, orchestrating it in such a way that it fall on its knees. Barack Hussein Obama was right not to listen to provocateurs to intervene militarily in Iran thus complicating the peace process which he declared in Cairo as his guiding principle in seeking stability in the Middle East. Neda's memory will always be remembered as the valiant lady who stood up for people's rights. God bless her soul!
She is a statement, and we will see if the audience is listening, and if the powers of repression play out their role or get smart enough to realise that something new is afoot, something which may upset their theocratic applecart. One thing is for sure, those who see her die will be affected. Her death throws gasoline on the fire. Let's see what happens next.
