Dear Father,
I pray to you on behalf of this young man. You know him and you created him. Your word says you knew him before he was in the Mother's womb. We know that you can perform miracles. We ask for one today. Be his strength and refuge that he may find peace in you.Uphold him with your mighty arm.Let your Healing hand rest upon him day after day. Safely see this gr. Father through this period that he may give him courage and your abiding love,Give him peaceful days and restful night as well as this gr. son.

We ask thee in the name of your beloved son, Jesus Christ.

Amen

My unlikely hero is a man I have worked with for 6 years. He and his wife could not have children and several years ago they decided to adopt. They did not, however, try to adopt an infant. They adopted 3 siblings. Two boys and a girl who are now young teenagers. I can tell from the way he talks about them that they are the apple of his eye, but still you know it has got to be a challenge raising those kids! He and his wife are very giving people. And they are a Christian couple; raising the children in the church. He is a very outgoing, talkative...crazy man, but still he is my unlikely hero.

Dear God,

Send the Divine Light to Jack, let it pass through his body and heal him of any defect. Let Jack be whole and well, I see the light in his eyes, let it shine and be pure. Thank you God for listening to me.

Hello, I am new to the group and recently lost my brother. I cared for him for 15 yrs after my mother died. He had cerebral palsy but could do a lot for himself. Now that he is gone, there is a giant hole in my heart. I know he is WALKING in heaven with the Lord, but the carpet feels like it's just been pulled out from under me. Please pray for me...I'm feeling all alone and need help! Thanks, Donna

Dear friends,
When I was 30 I was diagnosed with Lupus and FMS. Prior to that I was the top sales person in the nation, lived on the beach, and had a very active life and in the community. My life changed drastically, finally accepting things, and turning to my own family for assistance or aid, love or support, I was rejected by them. We have been estranged for over 12 years, and I am stuck in the Disability system of government aid, alone. I just want to share that I have been triumphant through the pain, heartbreak and loss, but God seems to be asking more of me. Please pray for healing of my life and heart, to be restored, it has been 20 years of pain and loss, I am a bit tired. I am trying to write and share my story to help others to never give up. Please pray for my story to be successful.
God bless you all and thank you,
Jane

Two months ago my best friend Suzanne was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at a very young age. She faced the diagnosis with fear at first, but as she researched treatment options, her fear turned to hope. She underwent major surgery and emerged scarred but cancer free, as the doctors were able to remove 2 tumors surrounding each overy in entirety. She was prepared for the worst but thankfully it ended happily. I'll never forget the strength she showed. She is my hero for teaching me how to handle even the darkest life moments with courage and grace.

To be real my hero is God. The reason why say him is because he brought through storm after storm that I have faced in my life. From rape to losing my grandfather. He has never let me down even when I have falling short of his glory he is still there to pick me up and say that it is alright the storms don't last always. I know that we all go through different types of storms, but they are only temporary for his permanent aboundance and overflow for our lives. So when you are going through always keep in mind when everyone has failed turn and look towards him and watch what he can do for you. God bless.

I am really hurting. I am about to face losing a wonderful Chrisian friend. This due to changes in my class schedule. This lady is my rock and mentor. I struggle with separation-she has helped my relationship with God and brought me through a rough storm in my life. I can't imagine not talking to her or seeing her on a daily basis. She helped save my life when I wanted to end it. She is such a strong Christian person that I know God placed in my life at the time I needed a true friend. Please pray for me...

Please lift me and my family up in prayer. I have been married for almost 19 yrs. and I have 2 great kids 17yrs and 11yrs. My husband filed for a divorce and it was final as of March 28, 2008. I love him so much and I truely believe we are suppose to be together. We are living together again and he swares he will never remarry. I believe God still sees us as married but am I just lieing to myself? Anyway I started going to church again through all this because I felt like I was going to die but thank God Jesus was there once again as always to hold me up. I believe God will repair our marriage 10 times fold and also bring my kids and husband back into the church and his light. But we really need alot of prayers. Thanks so much for leting me be apart of this great group of believers.

Hi This Is Fred I have a post on the web called Blogging for Christ.
Im also here to teach some and to learn some, my email is fred@btradingco.com if any one needs some help are truth of the doctrines of Jesus Christ for the new Church Dispsation see webster dictornary 1946, word to look up is (realism) what is real Fokes Not Religion not Mans words but Gods, see he did die for all of us to be saved foom the burnings of Hell, and only one way for salvation ,john 3.16 says any one who Belives in his name will be saved and so Did the apostals in acts 16.31 only by faith in Beliving in him are we saved ,any one in ther own mind say I belive in Jesus Christ and thats the moment you have Internal Life + 39 others things you need to learn about ,and no way Can you lose it, see also in Eph 2.8-9 says No works but by Faith are we saved,

now once saved always saved, see the scriptures Fokes ,and after salvation then what? we are to Grow in the grace and Knowage of him, 2 pet 3.18 (IE) bible doctrine,The mind of Christ 1 cor 2.16, that is the reason and purpose of this life, see if we do this and this only , God does the rest he puts all things togeather for us, God the Holy spirit is the true teacher not man but a pastor teacher Job is to teach us ,From The orginal Scriptures ,as he says feed your sheep ,Thats us Fokes, throw day by day teaching 2 cor 4.16 and rom 12.2 ,2 tim 3.16,we are to grow in the spritual Life, its not being good are bad thatr saves us ,but by faith and then Growth, that what counts.

see my ebook who me lord Its Free and I give it away God dont need tyour money so why do people sell the word for Well you Fig that one out ok and again Im Fred boggs And would love to talk to any one about the word of god Im fred@btradingco.com are info@btradingco.com

i want the world (those who claim to be Christian as well)that the only way to Heaven is through the Name of Jesus Christ. You Must be born again of the water and the spirit according to John 3.i know that most if not all that read this know this already.i just want every body that reads this to know that i love the Lord Jesus Christ with all my heart and soul mind and strength.he is my Lord and Savior,my God in whom i trust who will never leave me nor forsake me who will watch over me and take care of me where ever i am.

I think it is good to share your thoughts and some problems with those who are serious enough to help you. Sometimes, I think we receive some shared thoughts about different situations, but we have to bring the situation and the problem up before anything can occur or change. I personally have a weird situation with my husband and I guess he thinks that I do not need to worry or think about it. But when it effects your lives and your marriage and family, it is time to stop and break it all down. My husband is very sneaky, keeps secrets from me, and has had his manyyyyyyyyyyy affairs thruout our marriage for the last 37 years of marriage with me. He has always told me that nothing happened and I was just thinking that and it was just all in my head! Then, I wrote him a letter to let him know that I could no longer stay with him anymore because he cannot even look me in the eye and tell me anything, much less the truth about himself and what he has done and been and who he has been with????? Just a few weeks ago, I wrote him his last letter from me....... since he somehow never in our married life could never talk about our problems together or about his girlfriends and affairs he has had. So, I told him either he could leave or I would. I was not staying there no longer when he cannot tell me the truth about nothing, absolutely nothing, but he expects me to bend over backwards for him and do whatever he wants me to do and where to go. He is just never wrong about anything because somehow it is always me. I have wrote him letters to let him know how I feel and how he has betrayed me our entire married life and he doesn't think twice about it. He just doesn't care unless it is about him and he is doing what he wants to do. Well, friends, it is not all about him. First of all we have 2 children together. Yes, they are grown, ages 37 and 32. He tries to tell them what to do also and before you know it, everyone is mad at him and they all get their stuff together and they go home..... And I do not blame them. If it does not go his way, then it is no bodys way.
Could you all help me with some advice as I stand frooze again with my hands tied in another situation that I thought that I was thru with. Thank you for your feed/back, and thank you for reading this and helping me out with your reply.

I am glad that you believe that ALL religions are ONE and you may provision for other faith; now i suggest that you may want to include
Prayers and Meditation from BAHA'I FAITH ;BAHA'IS follow the Teaching of BAHA'U'LLAH = THE GLORY OF GOD is the manifestation of GOD for this day(www.baha'u'llah.com) OR (www.bahaiworld.org)ALL religions try to build moral and spiritual foundation; on SPIRITUAL QUALITIES,BAHA'U'LLAH said:"O my GOD, the GOD of bounty and mercy!
Thou art that King by Whose commanding word the whole creation hath
been called into being;and Thou art the ALL-BOUNTIFUL ONE the doings
of Whose servants have never hindered Him from showing forth His grace,
nor have they frustrated the revelations of His bounty.
Suffer this servant, i beseech Thee,to attain unto that which is the
cause of his salvation in every world of Thy worlds.Thou art, verily,
the ALL-MIGHTY, the Most Powerful,the ALL-KNOWING, the ALL-WISE".

I will be undergoing surgery on june 24, please pray for me that God will be the surgeon in the OR. Last year i underwent surgery, but it did not go well. Therefore they have to repair some stuff. I trust God and know that he will take care of me.
I remember others who will be undergoing surgery or those who are hospitaized at this.

God Bless all of you and your family.

Hello I'm an Alaskan Native woman. Are you happy and you know it? "smile." I enjoy visiting at the hospital, it's a good feeling to be there for others. I am praying for a friend to come into my life. A friend whom has a sincere heart. If you want to write I'll reply once I log onto Belief Net. Life is wonderful, there's always a postive from the negative side. What is painful I gain peace, strength, and hope. I hope to hear from you...

Sincerely,
Ms. Florence

I have been out of work since 02/20/08. Since then over 800 resumes & 21 interviews in the clerical/office field that I do in the Spokane, WA area & so far no job offer yet. Continue to pray that the lord will open the door for where he wants me to work at & that it will be shortly!!

Between the ages of about 4-yrs. until puberty hit fully @ about 13 or 14-yrs., I would produce ectoplasm from my mouth & nostrils in voluminous quantities (which would, of course immediately "dissipate"). There would also be a long tunnel (common), but this one didn't have a light at the end drawing me to it; instead
the light would be right in front of my eyes (kind of a "pineapple ring looking light with slightly roughened edges and also most often a beautiful yellowish/light magenta color).
The light ring would slowly receed down the "tunnel" and I would feel "beckoned" to follow it.
I was always "held-back" at about 1/2 way when the light would receed faster & fade-out.
Since these experiences, I have practiced meditation & yoga.
I also have kept a journal since the age of 13.
On occasion fully-formed "aphorisms" come popping into my head
.... & I don't write them: who knows how they come, I simply accept them.
I hope that this latest strikes a "lost chord" in at least one reader:

"The navel is the Center of Life,
The breath is The Center of Spirit,
The mind is The Creator of Illusion".

As I accept my spirituality today: I am doing nothing but taking notes on life for God.

Psalm 119:9
How can a young man keep his way pure, by living according to your word.
This is a powerful scripture that makes a whole difference in our lives once we understand it.

I've been dealing with a decision about getting back with my husband.
It's been three years since I left him. My daughter said he vilated her. we went through! he's faced what he did and wants to do what ever he can to regroup his family. I feel crazy and don't know why I still love him. do you think i'm crazy for wanting to accept counciling for our family to have another try?

Comments for Jacqueline about getting back together with her husband.
First, how old is your daughter and how long ago did he violate her?
Second, take a good hard look at what counseling he has had and how well he has addressed why he did something so clearly outside of boundaries. Your daughter may have her own feelings about you getting back together with her Dad. I won't say that it will never work but don't go by his words. Take a look at how much work he has done to change. A lot of times they just don't change but they can sure talk it. Be objective and keep your feelings out of it as much as possible. He can survive without him if you need to.

I think that some people of different faiths are too easily offended and forget one thing. America is a freedom of religion country. If a person does not want to say in God we trust then don't, but do not expect me too do the same or this will violate my belief. I will not try to make anyone else become a christian if they do not want to, but I am obligated by God to at least ask and be hospitable to invite them to our house of Worship. I know God gives us all a choice to worship whom we choose and Jesus loved everyone to die for all sins not just the sins of the believers. I love this country America, but she is full of flaws. You can worship anyway you choose just do not expect anyone else to follow. God is the judge and the only one who will judge mankind. When we meet at the Beemah(the judgement seat of God) we will then be judged according to our works and faith. There have been wars fought over religion, society, and politics and yet has never accomplished anything but killing one race or another who could have been one of our greatest problem solvers of this day and age. We could have already had a cure for over half of the diseases in the world if an intelligent person had not been killed in war. Let's take a look at peace ;on-other-hand, do we really ever have peace now days? My answer is during times of peace there is always conflict arising which in turn gives to hatred and then the disagreement and lastly conflict of war. This was not the intention of God that man fight war, but it is a test of faith ;so to speak, if it is Gods' will for man to fight war then that will be the war of good vs. evil. We all fight the war everyday because evil is inside of man just as good is and man has to choose what he does right or wrong with the guidence and conscience from the holy spirit. Every humankind of belief in the world of so many vast religions has the knowledge of good and evil even the occult has a knowledge of good and evil. I choose to believe in God, Jesus, and the holy spirit. God gives us all liberty and this comes from God above. The United States has liberty in which liberty comes from God and people come to the United States from all nations, tribes, and tongue seeking liberty to worship and live the so called American dream. My American dream and heritage is with God,Jesus, and the holy spirit. If I may be permitted to pray for your souls and the souls of America the God will Bless us all everyone and protect us all from evil. Loving sister Christianity as it should be according to the Bible. Sister Arlene lover of God,humanity, and rightousness.

I had been receiving Beliefnet for many years and the last few months you had disappeared from my e-mails. I hope you resume sending me the Christian items and the Chicken Soup for the Soul that I used to receive. My daughter showed me how to access your daily offerings and I hope I will be receiving them again, as I have missed them.
