April Means Autism Awareness

Thursday April 2, 2009

Categories: Hot Topics

This month marks the time of the year to teach others about autism and what can be done with treatment and prevention. The Beliefnet Community is reaching out to those families with children diagnosed with autism, and many of its members are telling their own stories of autism.

Have you read Yaya09's Autism Awareness Prayer or joined the group to discuss with other parents experiences of raising children with autism? No parent has to go through this alone and there are many out there dealing with the same struggles and triumphs - and the Beliefnet Community is a terrific place to start looking.
