I think Michael Jackson will be remembered for his talent and his scandals. In my book, he is #3 on the list of top icons. ELVIS is #1, The Beatles are #2. Michael is the King of Pop. Elvis is the King of Rock N Roll. The Beatles and Michael Jackson imitated Elvis in all things they did. Elvis was a creator. He gave Rock N Roll the spark-what it was suppose to be, and all the performers after him followed.
There have been many different forms of music to come from Rock N Roll. Ex: Pop, Rap, Hip-Hop, etc. All 3 have their place in the History Books. But Elvis will always be #1-the man who started it all.
The Master.
