Category: The Spirit of Weight LossFood and Memory
On my sixth birthday, my parents gave me a birthday party and served German chocolate cake and peppermint ice cream. Yum! They also hired a local farmer to bring a pony to our backyard and we had pony rides for my friends and me. I’ll never forget it.
Often, favorite foods prompt wonderful memories of times long ago. Recall a time when you were enjoying your favorite food and write about it. Write about it now in as much detail as you can, enjoying the experience again in words.
