There is hardly a more controversial subject than God's view of sexuality. What is it, anyway? What does God think of all this? What does God want? = = = = = = = = = = = = =...
Do you realize that the combined campaign expenditures of all of these candidates could feed a small nation? I know, I know, the Universe is abundant, plentiful, and unlimited...Still, it seems like a terrible waste to throw good money after bad into these campaign war chests--for what? Misinformation, untruth's, half-truth's, outright lies--real value for your money. It's obscene. It's discouraging, it's scandalous, and it DOES need to change.
What has been good about this lengthy primary season is that every state is getting an opportunity to vote. It's irksome to see the candidate's chosen before everyone has had an opportunity to weigh-in.
Porpoises and dolphins have pretty randy and gregarious sex lives. They're gentle, peaceful, loving, joyful, playful, intelligent--must be a message in there somewhere.

Maybe it's just me but, it seems like a topic is being used to plug a cruise (hey that rhymed!) and attract attention to a political position.
It's not that I don't agree (because I do) on your political observation and can even go so far as to say that sex can be very political but I see an apples/oranges thing happening here and personally, I'm a bit disappointed (I'll get over it) in the stray from the context of the original message in what seems like a "lost leader" to another issue. This doesn't seem honest to me.

The thing that really drives me crazy about politics and sex is that the same old tired, worn out ideas are still being held up as example for us to live by today..
They didn't work then and they don't work now. Separation does not work,fear does not work. If we are ever to evolve as a species we have to let go of these limitations that we've allowed to dominate our conciousness.
Sex is not evil and we should be very aware of out politcal process.
Look what happened in Germany because the people were not aware of what was happeneing in their politics.
Adolf Hiltler, he was a nationalist. He made a very big deal about being seperate, being superior, being the greatest nation on earth.
How many greatest nations on earth have we had?
I think it's a duty to be politically aware and I think sex was a great idea.

You ask Phyllis to kindly point out anything you've said that qualifies as 'hateful/hurtful'. Fair enough.
I would also like to ask you to kindly point out where any of these candidates are demonstrating or showing that they get what CWG Book 3 page 292 has to say about 'true change' and the Guiding Principles that follow. If they fall short of that then it's still self interest, competition, and supply and demand and survival of the fittest that will rule even if it's at the level of our nation against the rest of the world.
From another perspective Neale, could anyone get elected President if they ran on the platform presented in Book 3?
I really don't see where there is anything happening to be excited about. Another Prodigal Son is about to be elected President. So what....

As David Hawkins once wrote - "it is with the relinquishment of positionality that we realize there is nothing to forgive"
I think the underlying wisdom regarding politics, sex, plugs and cruise trips is that its just the "stuff of life" being its life self. I love the passion, I do. I love these CWG books as well.
We all tend to see from our own "reality tunnels" and my "tunnel" sees this -
Sex is one of the best things in life. That belief does not support any OTHER belief but the one it states. A million other positions can come from that, that have nothing to do with that statement. In other words - sex being joyful means sex is joyful....it does NOT say "one night stands are good"...."or love em and leave em"....I looked - I did not see any words of the sort in there....unless they are really, really tiny....
Point? When we connect with others, it is most joyful and productive to reach for levels of expansion and inclusion. When we dissect, we seperate and reveal not the flaws in what another states - but our OWN reality tunnel. And that is ok too. :)

Conversations with God says "politics is your spirituality, demonstrated." Because I know that to be true, I see nothing -- absolutely nothing -- inconsistent in my functioning as a spiritual messenger . . . .
When God talks to us. . . how clear is our filter at the time?? How do we know that God wasn't telling you personally that politics is YOUR (ie. NDW) spirituality demonstrated because you are very passionate about politics??
If God was making a general statement . . . . people need to be given the time to allow it to sink within their being and allow it to surface as their truth when the time is right . . . you can beat people in the head with it all you like .. . however it's called free will and choice . . . those who feel the above statement is truth will choose it as their truth to live by regardless

Like I said, it's just how it feels to me. And I can't expect you to understand how I feel. I'll be careful in the future not to accuse. (I'm just as bad as the next guy when it comes to "politics.")
And finally, as far as the Hated One, only God knows why I love her . . . I just do . . . and I see a lot of the stuff that goes on in her campaign and in the media differently than you and many others do. And yes, I wish she wouldn't listen so much to her advisors but just be herself, which I believe is a sincere, good, obviously fallible but brilliant person whose chosen chief purpose is to help make life better for as many Americans (and people around the world) as she can, if she were ever in a position to effect change. And I have a feeling the Universe will give her more than one road to go down in order to do that.

Was I censored?
Yesterday, I posted a comment to this blog exprssing my feelings about how mixing sex with politics looked and felt dishonest to me.
It looked like you (Neale) were using sex as a lost leader to plug your cruise and express your political views of which, I also stated my (political) agreement.
However...
While pointing out the potential lack of integrity in the Hillary camp (again, of which I agree) it also seemed to me like this was the proverbial pot/kettle conflict.
I expressed mild disappointment to this regard (mixing sex, marketing, and politics) but that it was no big deal. We're all just as human as we are divine...yes?
So...
When I clicked out...I saw the comment post yesterday but in looking today...
Hmmmm, it's not there.
Now, this is a big question for me and somewhat of a defining moment...
Was I censored?
Computers aren't perfect so I much prefer to think it was a technological glitch.
I'm interested to see.

Yesterday, I posted a comment to this blog exprssing my feelings about how mixing sex with politics looked and felt dishonest to me.
It looked like you (Neale) were using sex as a lost leader to plug your cruise and express your political views of which, I also stated my (political) agreement.
However...
While pointing out the potential lack of integrity in the Hillary camp (again, of which I agree) it also seemed to me like this was the proverbial pot/kettle conflict.
I expressed mild disappointment to this regard (mixing sex, marketing, and politics) but that it was no big deal. We're all just as human as we are divine...yes?
So...
When I clicked out...I saw the comment post yesterday but in looking today...
Hmmmm, it's not there.
Now, this is a big question for me and somewhat of a defining moment...
Was I censored?
Computers aren't perfect so I much prefer to think it was a technological glitch.
I'm interested to see.

The answer to the question of whether or not God thinks sex should be fun is that either he does or he does not. If he does think it should be, that's nice. If he doesn't, to hell with him. We think it is fun. If god does not, that is his problem, not ours.

Poor thing. Are you that afraid of letting go, relaxing in faith and just knowing that everything is ok? I sense you are "serving God" by jumping in and directing the lost souls away from "satan's friends with agendas".
I must agree with Jackie. Its simple logic really. If God is all powerful, why did you just demonstrate that he is not? He/she either is all powerful...or he/she is not.
Is or not...Is or not.
I tend to think WE ARE. ..all powerful, that is.

I think sex should definitely be fun and playful...and a way for each partner to explore ways they can express love to each other.. fresh ways to say "I love the heck out of you soooo much!!!" without using words. During these times, sex is passionate and playful!
Then there are the times with sex where both can be gentle and tender as well and express God's Love towards each other in soft ways.
The kind of sex that is not expressing love is rape situations (even in some marraiges, these rapes occur) where one hurts the other through sex, or will not listen to his/her partners needs because all that person cares about is using that partner to relieve themselves.

The answer to the question of whether or not God thinks sex should be fun is that either he does or he does not. If he does think it should be, that's nice. If he doesn't, to hell with him. We think it is fun. If god does not, that is his problem, not ours.

Sooooooo what you are saying is that you are afraid of Neale and that his "message" is really satan cloaked?
Poor thing. Are you that afraid of letting go, relaxing in faith and just knowing that everything is ok? I sense you are "serving God" by jumping in and directing the lost souls away from "satan's friends with agendas".
I must agree with Jackie. Its simple logic really. If God is all powerful, why did you just demonstrate that he is not? He/she either is all powerful...or he/she is not.
Is or not...Is or not.
I tend to think WE ARE. ..all powerful, that is.

I am reading Conversations with God by Neale Walsch,
I would like clarification as to the reason, cause or
how and why life killing earthquakes happen, who caused
them and to what purpose? and can we stop them from
occuring?
I think sex should definitely be fun and playful...and a way for each partner to explore ways they can express love to each other.. fresh ways to say "I love the heck out of you soooo much!!!" without using words. During these times, sex is passionate and playful!
Then there are the times with sex where both can be gentle and tender as well and express God's Love towards each other in soft ways.
The kind of sex that is not expressing love is rape situations (even in some marraiges, these rapes occur) where one hurts the other through sex, or will not listen to his/her partners needs because all that person cares about is using that partner to relieve themselves.
What is this thing about god being a he or a she?
Please explain how you feel about the immaculate conception and also
Virgin Mary/Blessed Mother.
