Is Hillary a Republican?
There is a big spiritual lesson to be learned from yesterday's Democratic Primary election results: Tell the truth. All the time. About everything. The results in both North Carolina and Indiana showed that people want the truth, not political pandering....
I agree whole heartly...I was a republican when I decided not to be in any party because it separates, but to vote for the best candiate period! Obama inspires me and when people like Ophra endorses him, I know that he reflects my conscioness, I am going to hold in my heart and thought that Obama wins..why do people think that if you play from fear and the gutter you are a better fighter, why does anyone need to fight to get their point over...Obama has shown his great reserve...
Pandering and opportunism are killing our collective experience in the U.S.A.
If the truth doesn't matter to us as a society, we will not have a positive and genuine collective experience. We will continue to meander about in illusions like "obliterating Iran (without any effect on ourselves)".
The biggest issue that ought to be brought to light is that Obama isn't taking money from lobbyists who are polluting our democracy to further their own narrow ends. This is revolutionary.
It's sad that we've been fixated so much on Rev. Wright who doesn't even speak for Obama. Initially Obama even tried to treat him like a wacky family member, but a family member no-less. That was an honorable and hard stance.
It's also strange that Hillary can publish lies in a book and speak publicly about taking sniper fire. Is she trying to build street cred?
If you or I padded our resumes like that to get a lower-level job, we'd never be taken seriously again. She didn't just mis-speak, she lied.
I actually think Republicans are chomping at the bit to run ads related to that. What an insult to the troops who have actually taken fire.
Bill Clinton rented out the Lincoln bedroom to the Chinese. Remember the 'coffees'? It was stuff like that which made me support Nader in 2000. Our Constitutional Republic shouldn't be for sale.
I'm wearing my "Obama for yo' Mama" shirt today. :)
I am assuming Sharon is one of Clinton's core constituencies: Old and Female.
In the words of Albert Einstein:
"Great spirits have always found violent opposition from mediocrities. The latter cannot understand it when a man does not thoughtlessly submit to hereditary prejudices but honestly and courageously uses his intelligence."

Excellent point Neale - Usually when Black voters refuse to vote for a candidate - that candidate is Republican.
Now they're doin it the first black first lady.
I wonder why ? Obama and Hillary are both insisting that the way to help people is by confiscating even more income from those who earn it responsibily [of all race's] - and give it away to people who don't earn it.
So - why is Hillary at least not getting 20% of the Black vote?
Hillary [just like a republican couldn't] - dare not even allow anyone of her staff mention race [like Geraldine F] - because Obama supporters will lash out [as Neale did - when Geraldine dared to even mention race]
Barack Obama has virtually no leadership experience - and Democrats are about to nominate him to make decisions that will affect our lives for decades if not longer.
The man is a great speaker and wants to take income from the people he thinks "make too much of it" - and give it to the people he thinks "make too little of it".
He won't be elected for that reason.
Most Americans don't believe in doing that.

I am having such a good time watching the news these days. I am an MSNBC fan and laugh and laugh at all the goings ons in politics.
I had a woman on my group the other day ask me to stop talking about politics saying it was personal and against "the secret".. law of attraction.
I also had someone tell me they would vote for McCain because of his faith and religion.
People, politics and religion really tickle me.
Smiles,
Donna
You know what they say about assumer's don't you Annabelle? And no, I am not anything near old but I am old and smart enough to realize that young and inexperienced and full of nothing but hope and bs does not stand up to older, wiser and more experienced. And I am not one of Clinton's anything. What I am is concerned about the welfare of our homes, our jobs, our medical and our people here in America. Everyone is always talking about the Clinton lies and refuse to look at Obama's lies but the day may be coming you will find out to late and by then it will be too late to turn back. I pray to God that doesn't happen. All politicians lie to a certain degree. If they didn't, none would ever be elected. If Obama gets elected, you can be certain of change all right, but the kind of change he wants you to believe is forthcoming, I doubt it. So you see, Annabelle, it doesn't matter to me whether YOU are young, old, black, white, stupid, smart, retarded, etc, because you see, that's stereotyping. But then again, isn't that what Obama did when he called us "typical white people"?
