"I love you, Daddy"

Friday March 30, 2007

Watch this video of a soldier just home from the war surprising his five-year-old son by turning up in his kindergarten class, and the reaction of the little boy. Nothing any of us can say about it could possibly transcend the meaning of the moment. Just watch.

Check out some of the nasty comments left on YouTube. There are some real SOBs out there. No matter your position on the war, it is touching.

Just think! There are people who try to make a case for "a boy doesn't need a father...."

I hate war. I hate everything about war. Look at that childs face, when he saw his dad....and he's one of the lucky ones. To think that this war was all for nothing.. makes me furious.
