Want me to come speak?

Monday April 2, 2007

If you want me to come speak to your group about crunchy conservatism, faith and culture, conservatives and the environment, or other topics you see talked about on this here blog, I'd love to have the opportunity to consider it. I can't always do it, owing to schedule problems and so forth, but why not ask? Contact Steven McMeans at Orthodox Speakers Bureau for more details.

Would you like to come speak at an unabashedly liberal church in the midwest? We have lots of guest speakers, and I'm sure many people here would be interested in conversing with you.

Oh sure, would love to do so. I was the first conservative ever to speak to the Sierra Club of Arkansas, and I had a great time hanging with those folks. Some told me afterward that until my speech, they had no idea that there was so much common philosophical ground between environmentalists and (conservative) conservationists. The connection has a lot to do with faith. Contact my agent via the link in the item. And thanks for your interest!

I'll forward the link to our Great Speakers Committee chair. If nothing else, you'll have a great time hanging out with us. Everyone does.

I'm missing the conservative part. I've never seen in the Constitution of the United States a role for the federal government in local disasters.
