Housekeeping note

Monday June 25, 2007

Readers, I logged in to my Dallasnews.com e-mail this morning to find several comments a few of you posted over the weekend, awaiting my approval before posting to the site. I apologize for the delay; I don't know why those of you who were singled out like this were put in that position. You have not been flagged by me or anybody else, and I don't know why this is happening. I've just approved the comments, so they should appear momentarily. If you don't see your comment appear henceforth, please don't assume that I've banned you; it could be the new software malfunctioning, or it could be that the software, like a TSA officer, has pulled your comment aside for some random reason, and is requiring you to be frisked. So to speak.

Rod, is there any way you could persuade Beliefnet to make it so the comments are in descending order rather than ascending? I'm finding it difficult to follow, and not reading the exchanges as a result. I'm not Chinese! I can't read from top to bottom.

Francesca, it appears just this morning that Bnet has reverted to the old format on comments. So, yay!

Ah, yes. Chronologically ordered comments. Thank you!
