I don't see how she loses the Democratic nomination, given that in every debate (including tonight's), she totally outclasses the rest of the field (what consistent disappointments Obama and Edwards are!). I don't see how she wins the election, given that her negatives are sky-high. I don't see how she loses the election, given that the Republicans' negatives are sky-high.
If I wake up on the morning after Election Day to learn that Hillary Clinton is going to be the next president, I'm going to a) blame Bush, and b) no doubt know exactly how Democrats felt the last two presidential cycles.
By the way, I thought the YouTube "debate" was gimmicky and boring. Is it really all that radical and enlightening to have two separate questioners ask about gay marriage, a black man ask about reparations, somebody else asking why you guys never do what you say you're going to do, "Mitch" asking if we really can afford to get out of Iraq, etc? Snore.

Well, the question is moot anyway, because the repugs did their pit-bull bit to a 'T.'
Hey, I don't hate Hillary, I just think she's a socialist shrew.
Now if I was married to her I might hate her.
I love it when she talks "black". Would love to hear her read Uncle Remus.
Yeah - maybe she could call someone 'macaca' on video. That would go over like gangbusters, ya think>?
Rod, you can pull out all the conservative talking points bemoaning PC-ness that you like, but the fact remains that minorities or otherwise vulnerable groups are the best advocates for their own rights. The fact that they have a tough time getting elected is no surprise, because they are far more likely to challenge or change the existing power structure, whom WHITE HETEROSEXUAL MALES currently benefit the most from.
If you don't realize that that group has more money, more power, and more influence than any other group, and can't figure out why, there's no hope for you.
I'd be perfectly delighted to see Senator Hillary Clinton inaugerated. She's smart and tough and savvy and extremely experienced. And educated and did I mention smart? (refreshing change huh?) I could care less if I 'like' her, no more so that all that bull about Bush being a 'guy you'd like to share a beer with'. I know who I want to have a beer with and it sure ain't GWB. No more than I want to play canasta with Laura Bush.
