Crunchy Con

IMPORTANT NOTE TO READERS

Sunday October 12, 2008

Categories: Housekeeping

I've been unable to access the blog all day by using my bookmark. It turns out that Beliefnet changed the Crunchy Con blog's URL during the redesign. It should have a redirect that sends readers to the new URL (which I just discovered by happenstance). The new URL is:

http://blog.beliefnet.com/crunchycon/

Please change this in your bookmarks bar. I apologize for any inconvenience.

The RSS feed seems to be out of date. I guess that is what Moonshadow was referring to. My personal crunchy cons feed is at
http://www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~link/new/crunchycons.rss It has just been updated to deal with the formatting changes.

Your last post showing up in my Google reader is from October 10. Nothing has updated since then. I thought you were on a short vacation. :-)

Hello to all who can see this. The blog has been disabled since at least Sunday night. I can't post a thing. I'm pretty angry about it, especially because there has never been a time when traffic at this site was as high as it is now. Really, we've been breaking records each month. And now Beliefnet decides to do a complete redesign during the height of campaign season, and ends up blowing this blog up.

Very, very frustrating. I have no idea when I'll be back online. Please keep checking back. I forward everybody's private e-mails complaining about why the redesign doesn't work on their screen to the Bnet web elves, who are working round the clock to fix everything.

Please don't give up on this site! I'll be back as soon as they get us up and running again.
