New websites you should check out

Andrew Breitbart's Big Hollywood -- written from L.A., about conservative politics and morality in the entertainment world.

The new, vastly improved Foreign Policy site -- featuring a blog by Tom Ricks, and other must-read material.

I know it's killing print, but jeez, how did we ever live without the web?

And someday beliefnet will load faster than it takes to grow corn. And allow postings including the shortening of New Year's Eve host Richard Clark and VP Richard Cheney's given names. Type this code to prevent-what exactly?

Any word when the gremlins of your host will move past 28K dialup style?

Rod --

Thanks for the link to Foreign Policy.

But regarding Big Hollywood, I'm still not sure why I should care what entertainers think about big issues. Isn't this just "what does Madonna think about Bosnia?" tuned for red-state ears?

Thanks for the tip about Big Hollywood, Rod. I'm especially thrilled to see Andrew Klavan blogging there. Have been fascinated with him ever since his interview on Uncommon Knowledge at NRO... And MDSF, from what I gather, the website's not so much about what entertainers THINK. It's about the way liberalism has infused the culture almost completely, and ways to fight against that. The guys running the website are encouraging conservatives in Hollywood to speak out, and more importantly, are asking conservatives who have given up on the culture altogether to re-engage with it, and work through it. A very exciting proposition, I think!
