Wii, Playstation, Xbox 360 -- the best?

Sunday November 29, 2009

We don't have a videogame console in our house, so I was at a complete loss to participate in a discussion this weekend over which gaming system is best. I always assumed that if we ever got a videogame set for our house, it would be a Wii, because they have a Wii Fit program, which strikes me as a good idea for kids stuck inside the house during the miserable Dallas summer. But truth to tell, I've never considered it.

Which is the best system? Which is the best system for kids? Why?

My mother owned a Wii before I did.

That should tell you something.

SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS is the best game ever made. (And it won't give your kids brain damage unless there is something wrong with them already.)

The Wii is probably the best for kids, but don't pretend that they're going to be getting exercise. The best exercise for kids is when they can run and jump and be rowdy, not good traits around computer systems.

It's just the best because the games are the best for kids. Not only can you play the current Wii and Gamecube games, but you can also download the old nintendo games which are very fun.

On the other hand, the PS3 has Little Big Planet, which is absolutely incredible...

the xbox 360 is the best because it has eye breaking hd and sound, free online play(xbox live) and it has games to die for like halo3odst, l4d2, and bishop3 :)
