Grab a cup of coffee. Get comfortable and let’s do life together. We will tackle everyday issues that lead to good mental health. I bring years of clinical training and experience to our virtual table and will serve up tips for healthy living. Through real conversation, our faith can challenge us to live authentic lives that honor God. Living for God isn’t always easy in today’s culture. I’ll be the first to admit, I fall often short! Life is a little crazy, but there is grace and transforming power. And the journey is always better when shared with others. So join the conversation and we’ll do life together!

Linda, you had me at hello (to quote a famous movie sentence . .) Sharing, being transparent AND honest has been one of my survival techniques for years with girlfriends & even some guy friends. I applaud you lady — for starting this blog as a big help to us all.
