I just loved your Dancing video. Its very cute and makes you want to get up and do some form of exercise
I rollerblade or walk. Sometimes I go to the gym, but only if it is really cold outside. I don't want to miss out on a beautiful day outside!
Leave the car as far away from the grocery store and walk to and from the grocery store and walk my dog around the block.
I like jogging with my mp3 player outside. Being in the sun, listening to my favorite tunes, is great. I always feel great after doing this. The hardest part is taking the first step out of the house. I have had difficultly staying dedicated to this, because of my work schedule, but it is worth it. It helps me battle weight gain.
When I first started walking again I couldn't go any further than up to the corner and back. Now I'm walking 3 miles a day, and experiencing that same sort of joy and freedom that I felt as a child when riding my bike or running. Scientists tell us that exercise releases endorphins. My inner child simply says that it feels wonderful. For anyone who might be in the "I know I need to exercise" mode but having trouble getting started, my advice is to START. Don't delay. Don't worry if you can't go very far. Don't worry if it doesn't feel good at first. It will. It's all there waiting for you.
