What's Breakfast for You?

Wednesday November 12, 2008

Categories: Diet, Fitness, Health, Weight Loss
We are all so happy that you are reading my new blog!  Thank you.  Thank you, too, for the many comments you're writing.  Please write more.

As you are aware, I write about a lot of topics related to life in general.  Sometimes about "weight loss" as it says in the banner, or "weight management" as I also often say.  Other times I write about "well being."  That, in other words, may be said as the goal, a "well being," (that's YOU), or reversed, "being well."  The latter implies both a state of being well, and an action: actively BEING well.  Of course, I am also talking about the grand reality that we are graced to "be."

With all of the above in mind, heart and body... what is it you eat for breakfast everyday?  When do you eat, what and what amount, where are you when you have it, and what are you doing (what's going on)?  Very importantly, how do you feel before and after you eat?

PLEASE WRITE A COMMENT BELOW and tell us.  There are no right or wrong answers.  No judgments!  (Please, no one judge anyone else, or tell anyone what the right or wrong thing to do might be.  Everyone is an important individual, and we are God-Fully different. )

This is a technique that is my variation on self-understanding, conscious-eating and behavior modification techniques used for several decades.  It's also in my book, "The Joy of Weight Loss," and we do this at my workshops.

Let us know what breakfast is all about for you, in your life.
